SCAT’s custom billet crankshafts are 100% designed and machined in our California-based, 42,000-square-foot modern manufacturing facility by skilled craftsmen to exacting tolerances.
SCAT’s custom billet cranks offer the ultimate strength and durability due to uniform and non-stressed grain structure unlike a forging. SCAT’s billet crankshaft material is the highest-quality steel available in the USA (4340, 4330V & 6415), Britain (EN30B), and France (4330V).
SCAT can manufacture a custom billet crankshaft to your specifications. Designed and machined the way YOU want it. Our billet crankshafts can be machined into anything up to 43” in length x 10” in diameter, up to 6” of stroke; anything from single cylinder to V16, street & strip to top fuel and everything
in between. The possibilities are truly endless.
